Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Awesome experience and love the lights. The reviews on the app itself, if you look at them, are mixed; however, it appears that is due to individuals not taking the time to familiarize themselves with the app and how it works. The custom programming is what I love the best; using this though requires you count and know where each bulb is. Counting the bulbs and their locations it truly does allow you to control each individual light. As an example, we have three ports that are in use, by counting the bulbs, I can set the bulbs that are by the flag on our home to only come on, leaving the remainder of the lights all off. It is a pretty slick system. Doing this, allows you to highlight one specific spot, say an entrance, or a flag or a garage. The installation from Justin and his crew was simply amazing. They did a great job and didn't leave a mess. We have no complaints. We're excited when we can use them for Christmas. However, these are more than just Christmas lights - they can be used all year round. There are preset 'scenes' such as Independence Day, New Year's Day, Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving...etc. However, you can create or tweak your own as well. The really isn't a limit to the color palate either, as some have indicated. To get the color you're looking for, it's just a matter of fine tuning the color as there is an option for that as well. NOTE: being transparent....Trimlight was the most expensive we looked at; however, Justin's customer service and the lifetime warranty is what sold us on going with them. If we had it to do over again, we'd still choose them. It really is worth the money.
